The consumer is given the opportunity to return products supplied by our company electronically within the deadline set by law of 14 days from receipt. A prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging and has not been damaged. Transport costs in this case shall be borne by the consumer.
The purchase value of the products is returned to the consumer.
An email to sales@torosidis.gr address initiates the process and indicates the desire for the refund method.
Products received damaged, replaced with costs borne by our company or if the customer wishes, the value of the products including transport charges is refunded.
By email to sales@torosidis.gr address, the customer declares his preference and sends photos depicting the damaged packaging.
