In recent decades, in the prefecture of Xanthi, dominated by the region of Avdira, serious efforts have been underway by winemakers who have managed to redefine the position of the region on the country’s wine map, producing excellent products.

In 2013 we installed in the farm of the settlement of Petinos Xanthi, our first vineyard parcel with wine varieties.

The settlement, while administratively belonging to the Municipality of Avdira, is geographically only five kilometers from the city of Xanthi. It is a completely different vineyard compared to the established Avdira, but also the rest of the wine-producing areas of the country.

The choice to locate our viticultural holding in this location is directly related to our origin from the region. However, the differentiation of the area from the safe choices of viticulture in the country (altitude – sea) is the challenge.
